Regarded as the most luxurious golf resort in Spain, Finca Cortesin golf club’s location is between Sotogrande and Marbella’s towns. It is ranked among the top 20 golf courses in all of Spain.
Finca Cortesin opened officially for play in 2006 and has since gone on to host several golfing events, including the prestigious Volvo World Match Play Championship and a host venue for the Solheim Cup 2023. The golf course was designed by Cabell B. Robinson, featuring an 18-hole course, a length of 6,800 meters, and more than 100 bunkers. The signature hole on the golf course is the 13th hole.
Finca Cortesin gives its visitors an aesthetically pleasing view of fairways and greens, both natural and unique. Finca Cortesin golf club upgraded its gardens in 2017, making it the first golf course in Spain to feature an environmentally-friendly type of Bermuda grass.
